Nite is a Discord bot that provides:

• AI-powered chat and conversation
• Web search functionality
• Server management tools (welcome messages, farewell messages, moderation features)
• Various utility commands

When using Nite, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Spam, abuse, or exploit rate limits
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content

4. Rate Limits

Nite imposes rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary restriction of access to certain features.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of AI-generated content. You use AI features at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer

Nite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Nite.

8. Termination

The operator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Nite at any time, without notice, for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. Your continued use of Nite constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
